Buon appetito!

Our Italian American food journey

Our food journey started when COVID hit. Stuck at home, we turned a hard time into a blessing and started making pasta dough from scratch.

When Bella was two, she decided she wasn’t going to watch from the sidelines anymore. She wanted in, especially when it came to the dough. To her, it was play dough, and she went crazy for it.

Now I can’t cook a single meal without my little sous chef standing on her stool at my side. It’s the most special time of day for our family. The screens are off, and we’re together.

She’s learning patience while our dough rests, confidence when she cracks an egg on her own, and pride when we share the meal with family and friends.

Those are lessons, and memories, she’ll carry for the rest of her life.

Pull up a stool, hand your kids a spoon, and start cooking together.

Bella laughs as she helps her dad shape a ball of fresh pasta dough.

Hi, I’m Isabella!

Meet the PARM Princess.

Bella has been in the kitchen since she was a baby. She mixes the dough with her hands, shapes the pasta and always gets the first bite. Many of the recipes come from Dad’s family in Puglia and from trips around Italy. Parmigiano is about 80% of the production budget.
